The history of the company allows us to focus on three main principles of its activity: 

1) market segment expansion (clients’ activities: from retail sales points of network clients to large industrial enterprises of the federal scale)

2) expansion of the company’s activities (a wide range of services: from physical security to analytics using computer vision)

3) high-quality provision of services (the company has a long-term contractual relationship with clients)

2010

  • Creation of the Alliance Retail Security (ARS, OOO) company and the formation of security companies’ structure.
  • Entry into the market of security services for retail chains (a household appliances and electronics niche). The main client is the Media Markt chain.
  • Providing services to the PiR group of companies, which has production (including hazardous) and storage facilities.

2011-2012 

  • Entry into the market of security services for retail chain (a perfume niche). The main client is the L’Etoile chain, the Vortex warehouse.
  • Strengthening on the perfumes and cosmetics retail market - entry into the Podruzhka chain. 
  • Entry into the market of security services for office centers.

2012-2014 

  • Entry into the market of security services for retail chains (FMCG niche). The main client is X5 Retail Group (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok, Karusel).
  • Expansion of the FMCG retail niche: distribution centers and warehouses.

2014-2015 

  • Expansion of the market of security services for retail chains by opening new stores of existing clients.
  • New clients’ presence in the retail market (clothing niche): Gloria Jeans, Sportmaster.
  • Intensive development of engineering services (installation and maintenance of technical security systems).

2016 

  • Expansion of the market of security services for retail chains by opening new stores of existing clients./
  • New clients’ presence in the household appliances retail segment: MVideo.
  • New clients’ presence in the FMCG retail segment: Yes! (Да!), Miratorg.

2017 

  • Entry into the market of security services for large industrial enterprises of the federal scale: Sun InBev (AB InBev is the world leader in brewing, which is also among the five largest producers of FMCG consumer goods).
  • Expansion in the field of fashion retail - providing services for KOTON, COLIN’S, MODIS.
  • There is a pilot entry into a new dynamically developing field - video data analytics (machine vision) based on self-learning neural chains with the possibility of applying analytical data and operational actions for security purposes and for the operational objectives of the business (sales, marketing).

2018-2019 

  • Expansion of the market of security services for retail chains by opening new stores of existing clients./
  • New clients’ : Stockmann, Detskiy Mir.
  • New clients’ presence in the FMCG retail segment: Magnit - one of the top 3 companys of FMCG.
